About Volare Properties
Volare Properties was born out of a desire to bring excellent property management services to property owners and tenants alike.
Why the funny name? In short, our owner is a bit of an aviation nerd, and Volare (pronounced “Volair”) is an Italian verb, meaning "to fly."
More importantly, it is a reminder of our mission, which is to provide safe, clean rentals to our tenants, and low, predictable costs for our landlords, which we hope helps everyone we serve to be able to "take flight."
We pride ourselves on prompt response to maintenance requests, fair and consistent practices, and maintaining the long-term value of our owners' properties. We have the best software platform in the business, which provides for excellent ease of use and transparency for all parties.
At present, we are managing over 40 units, and we have capacity for more! If you are a property owner, we would love to create a proposal for you and show you the value we can provide as a small, efficient management operation.
